The vitamin B  deficiency test is a simple blood test that can be done right near your home or office.  The test includes:

• An authorized blood specimen order form that you take to your local accredited pathology for collection of your blood (Find a pathology near you here).
• A blood specimen test kit for the pathology to use to collect your blood sample
• Complete instructions for taking the test for you and the pathology
• Test results are sent to one of our professional health practitioners within 7 business days for evaluation.  Our practitioners contact you with the results and recommendations on any findings via email, mail or phone.

B Vitamin Supplements

As B-vitamins are commonly supplemented and consumed for optimal health and well-being it is recommended to assess these levels for optimal health. Each B vitamin performs unique and important functions.  Some B vitamins can be in shortage even when being supplemented and other B vitamins can cause toxic excesses therefore it’s important to know your vitamin B levels before using supplements.  B vitamins are key nutrients needed for proper energy production, so making sure your B’s are properly balanced is vitally important and this can only be done by testing for B vitamin key levels.
