AGRIMONY – For those who try to remain of cheery appearance, despite enduring considerable inner torture. They may drink too much to help themselves cope.
ASPEN – For fear of unknown origin.
BEECH – For the critical and intolerant types. They tend to be arrogant.
CENTAURY – For those who find it difficult to say ‘no’. They let people ride rough-shod over them. They are timid and weak-willed.
CHERRY PLUM – For fear of loss of reason or control. Fear that could do harm to others.
CERATO – For those who doubt their own judgement. They always have to ask people for their opinions.

STAR OF BETHLEHEM – For the shock of serious news, fright after an accident, a bereavement, etc.
SWEET CHESTNUT – For feelings of anguish, as if the limits of endurance have been passed and only oblivion is left.
